David has experience offering training ranging from keynote presentations to short workshops and extensive professional certification courses for top performance coaches. David is comfortable with any type of audience, and is an experienced coaching educator capable of large group facilitation. David speaks with expertise and experience on education and leadership topics, both on and off the court.

In preparation for your conference or workshop, David will:
  • Gain an understanding of your organization, its mission and objectives
  • Be available to discuss and tailor the presentation to meet your goals
  • Gain an understanding of how his presence during the event will assist you in meeting your objectives
  • Provide you with a draft of the presentation to ensure strategic alignment
  • Provide any images and speaker biography information, including a brief introduction for the host
During his presentation, David will:
  • Engage the audience through questions and facilitate their learning experience
  • Present well-researched and relevant information
  • React maturely, good-naturedly and flexibly to any problems that arise (e.g., audio visuals, lights, sounds, emergencies, etc.)
  • Always act in a professional and respectful manner
At your conference or workshop, David will:
  • Notify you of his arrival and/or of any serious delays
  • Be accessible to you from the time he arrives until he leaves
  • Be reasonable and considerate in his use of room charges and incidental expenses
  • Be available for any audio visual testing at least one hour before he speaks
  • Be available to review his bio with the conference leader
  • Be dressed appropriately as discussed (e.g., business or business casual)
After David’s presentation, he will:
  • Be available to briefly respond to questions and comments
  • Itemize his expenses, providing receipts as needed and invoice you promptly
  • Discuss strategies with you to continue the impact of the presentation messages
